Beautiful food, lovely friendly service, has midday weekday offers of 3 course specials or main menu, can always turn up and get a table midweek but weekends I would deffo try and book by ringing. Compliments to the chef. We come on our girls lunch dates regularly.
Great place to go if you have a dog as they let you in the bar which is a pleasant place . Seating well spaced out so your not too close to the next table. Carvery was good, Steak pie was lovely, big battered fish, although chips could of been better.
Went for a pre wedding get-together. Had a little area reserved, which was nice. Good choices on the menu at reasonable prices. Ordered pizza, which did take more time but I think that was to do with being made in a pizza oven. It was worth the wait and all the other food looked good too. I don't live near it so I probably won't be back but I would go again if I did.
we frequently visit the greyhound. The food is always lovely. Always greeted with a smile and great customer service from Chris. He always goes the extra mile and makes our experience the best it can be. Our favourite local.
They catered for a large group of 16 for the carvery. Very tasty. Space was a bit cramped... they could have arranged the tables better but this was a minor point. Staff helpful and friendly.
